Steven Ulloa scored a team-high 13 points for the Porterville College Pirates in a 95-50 Central Valley Conference loss at College of the Sequoias on Wednesday night.
COS used a 17-2 run midway through the first half to take a commanding lead that it wouldn't give up. PC trailed 44-20 at halftime.
Carlos Angel scored 11 points for the Pirates while Elijah Cardenas chipped in with nine points. Off the bench, Jonah Ruckman led Porterville with 12 rebounds.
Porterville, now 7-17 overall and 2-11 in conference play, closes out the 2017-18 season on Saturday (Feb. 17) when the Pirates host Reedley in a 5 p.m. game.
