Freshman Victoria Dabney had a huge match, posting a season-high 21 kills to help lead the Porterville College women's volleyball team to a 3-2 (18-25, 25-23, 23-25, 25-16, 15-12) victory at Cerro Coso College on Saturday.

After a rough start to the 2021 season, the Porterville College women’s volleyball appears to be back on track. The Pirates lost their first five matches but after Wednesday’s night’s 3-0 sweep at Columbia College, PC has now won three straight.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Porterville College Volleyball Game originally scheduled to be played as a HOME game on Wednesday, September 15th, will now be an AWAY game held at Columbia College at 5pm.
It was a great day for the Porterville College women’s volleyball team in Napa on Saturday. After opening the season with five consecutive losses, the Pirates won both its matches at the Napa Valley College Classic.
The Porterville College women’s volleyball team came close to picking up its first win of the 2021 season, but was edged 3-2 in a marathon match against Sacramento City College. This came after a 3-1 loss to host Los Medanos College in Pittsburg on Friday.
